If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt/inspection. Return shipment must have an issued RA# on outside of container, return shipping is not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. NOTE: Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition.

We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. We stand behind all of our products, upon delivery, to be free of defects. We offer a 15-Day Inspection on all accessory products. In the unlikely event you receive a defective accessory item we will replace that accessory item at no charge to you except the shipping it costs to return said item. Returns of defective accessory merchandise past the 15-Day Inspection period must be made directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
CMJ Supply accepts payment by credit card for online orders. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept internationally issued credit cards. We do not accept reloadable prepaid credit cards as these do not have a Billing Address. We do not have the ability to process an order using multiple credit cards.
CMJ Supply charges very low Competive Flat Shipping rates. We charge a Flat Rate of $4.99 Shipping for Any Amount of Accessories. Separately we charge a Flat Rate of $4.99 Shipping for Any Amount of Ammunition. All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to Exporters, Freight Forwarders, Expeditors, etc. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information from you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

Ammunition - We do not ship ammunition to the following: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York State, or Washington D.C.
Magazines – We do not ship magazines (regardless of capacity) to Connecticut.
Magazines Over 10rds – We do not ship magazines that accept over 10rds. to the following: California, Cook County, IL., Highland Park, IL., Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State, Vermont (Rifle) and Washington D.C.
Magazines Over 15rds – We do not ship magazines that accept over 15rds. to the following: Aurora, IL., Colorado, Vermont (Handgun).
Hawaii – No pistol magazines over 10rds.
Claims of shortages or damaged shipments must be made with the carrier immediately for proper claim handling. Our responsibility ceases when delivery is made to the carrier in good order.
